FUN N FIT is a Personal Training Studio led by Curt Shorts.  Curt is NESTA / NDETA certified and has more than 20 years experience.  Curt is Loudoun County's most respected Personal Trainer.

As a former Mr. America, Curt has been a certified as a master trainer wich focus on endurance, core and strength. He implemented a nutritional program that greatly improved the health of the athletes.

For the past five years, Curt has been improving the lives of many dedicated Loudoun and Fairfax County residents. He is selective about the clients he accepts into his training program. He admits that the client is responsible for achieving the results, and that it takes an enormous amount of discipline and determination. But Curt's techniques soften the blow by making workouts fun, challenging, and a bit different each time.
